Garrett and I headed to the coast to visit his family and we ended up with a 38 lb. (I don't think I'm exaggerating) crawfish boil! I would have included the aftermath but it's a lot of carnage and it's not so appetizing. This post might be disturbing anyway. I learned a lot about cooking crawfish that I'd rather not. But, brave Nikki made for some fun shots anyway. And, she ate a mountain's worth of crawfish.

Rachel, who you may recognized from bridals a few weeks ago, just got married at Gabrella Manor here in Birmingham on March 14th! The bride and groom were laid back all day, no stress here! We'll see if I manage to stay low strung when October comes around and it's my turn...
